Shipping Time

We strive to have super fast shipping - Monday through Friday during our normal business hours. We try our best to ship orders out the same day they are purchased, but always within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.  

How do I know when my item will ship?

Flash & Pre Order items have different shipping times than a majority of our website.  Flash items are ready to ship from our vendor and ship to us within 2-4 weeks.  Pre Order items are completely custom and take 6/10 weeks from start to finish.  Please join our Facebook group to see all package arrivals!  

Once shipped, it takes approximately 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 5-7 business days after shipped.  Please contact your local post office for any questions regarding status after item has shipped.

PLEASE NOTE - WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY BUT BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND ANY AND ALL IMPORT FEES.  SSB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR COUNTRIES IMPORT TAX RATE FOR MORE DETAILS.

READY TO SHIP (RTS) merchandise is shipped in the order received and CURRENT SHIPPING TIME FRAME within 3-5 BUSINESS days! 

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Address Changes

Simply Savannah Boutique IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for items shipping to the wrong address on customers profile OR changing customers addresses.  Customers are 100% responsible for inputting their correct address when they are placing their orders.  In the event you realize you input the incorrect address, customers have the ability to change their address AS LONG AS THE ORDER IS UNFULFILLED.  Simply go to your order confirmation email and click the link to change your address.  Once an order is filled, the address cannot be changed.

Returns

**ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!!!**

There are no returns, exchanges or cancelations once an order is placed. Our merchandise runs "true to size" and there are Size Charts listed on the "Sizing" Page on this website as well as on our VIP Facebook Group Page. If you need additional help with sizing or have questions about a particular item, please send us an email or message on Facebook before you order.

Thank you for understanding!

The only exception to our NO RETURNS policy is for manufacturing defects or if we erroneously shipped you the wrong size or color.

Upon receipt, please look over each item carefully. If you think the item(s) you received are defective, please contact us at vivian@simplysavannahboutique.com within THREE (3) days of receiving your item. Please attach a picture in your email of the defect. We will issue an exchange (or STORE CREDIT if item is unavailable) for defective item(s) or items that were sent incorrectly (wrong size, wrong color) within 7 days of delivery.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SIMPLY SAVANNAH BOUTIQUE is not liable for items that have been washed or worn.

To return defective or incorrect product:

You must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned and include a picture of the merchandise within THREE (3) business days.

Lost, Stolen and Damaged Items

Simply Savannah Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items when you return and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.  We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and for our reference.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can issue Store Credit for the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refundas well as a 20% restocking fee.
