By placing an order on our site you are agreeing to these terms, and do not qualify for a refund if the product you order slightly varies from the digital photo on our website. 

2.) Screen Lighting and Settings. 

Due to some monitor and screen settings the color of the product you see on your screen may slightly vary from the actual color of the product. This is due to some screen settings producing lighter and brighter colors than others. By placing an order on our website you are agreeing that you understand this, and do not qualify for a refund if the color slightly varies. 

3.) Allergies 

The products sold on this website are unique and each uses a different form of fabric or blend. It is your responsibility to ensure something you purchase does not cause and allergic reaction to you or your child. We encourage our customers to wash their products before wearing them to better control exposure risk to allergies. We are not held legally liable or responsible for any allergic reaction you or anyone else has. Please be aware of your allergies and use precautions when placing an online order. You do not qualify for a refund or any sort of financial compensation if something you order from our site causes an allergic reaction. 

4.) Harm and Safety Hazards (Fire and Chocking). 

It is your responsibility to ensure you and your child are safe. Please note that some of the products sold on our site have small pieces that may be a choking hazard. It is also important to note that some fabric blends are less fire resistant than others and may be flammable. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of you and your family members. We are not responsible if something we sell causes damage to you and your property.
