Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products We do NOT offer refunds on any of the products sold on our store. We do strive to ensure you receive high quality products. Thank you for your understanding.

Please refer to our size chart(s) for all sizing questions. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products so we do ask that you look over the sizing information before purchasing each product. It is your responsibility to ensure you order the correct size. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size.

The ONLY exception to our refund/exchange policy is for defective products. If you receive a defective product in the mail please contact us to begin a refund or exchange. Due to limited stock we may not be able to facilitate a exchange on some of our products. To start a return, you can contact us at Vivianfishel@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and come up with an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. As a reminder we only offer refunds on DEFECTIVE items.
